How do I get help with an order?

When will my order ship?
Orders process Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on the way, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on where you live.
Are your products pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding-friendly?
Yes. More Than Nine formulas are thoughtfully made for pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, and beyond. Each formula is reviewed by an independent toxicologist and built with well-studied ingredients at conservative levels, because one less thing to second-guess is the whole point.
How do returns work?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Start a return through your account at account.morethannine.com or email hello@morethannine.com with your order number. A flat $5 return shipping fee is deducted from approved refunds.
