Medical-Grade Lanolin — An exceptionally pure, clinical-grade emollient for intensive moisture and skin comfort. The standard of care for nipple care and severely dry skin.

Ceramide-Rich Oat Oil — 3% — A natural oat oil with 1–2% moisture-regulating ceramides; non-comedogenic and fast-absorbing.

Shea Butter Triterpene Esters — 0.3% — The bioactive concentrate of shea butter, with documented skin-protecting benefits.

Jojoba Esters — 2% — Greaseless, fast-absorbing, long-lasting feel.

I tried the plant-based nipple balms. They were soothing, but they didn't protect. Not enough. Not for skin that's cracked and painful and being used every two hours. So I chose lanolin, which is highly refined, similar to your skin's own oils, and truly protective. And I added calendula to calm what's stressed.

It has been evaluated through an independently administered Repeat Insult Patch Test (RIPT), including individuals with sensitive skin—a standard dermatologic test used to assess irritation potential over time. While no product can be guaranteed for everyone, this testing supports that the formula is well-tolerated when used as directed, even for sensitive skin.
