The Everything is Fine Balm

A rich, restorative moment of calm

Formulated for all stages of motherhood
Dermatologist founded and tested
Safe for sensitive skin

As a dermatologist and a mom, I wanted a balm that could give my chapped skin true, long-lasting TLC, from nips to lips. I tried nearly every nipple balm out there, and none delivered that petrolatum-level comfort without the actual petrolatum. So I made one. This melting, multi-use formula soothes dry nipples, lips, and sensitive skin—no residue, no heaviness, no fuss. Breastfeeding days done? It becomes your new favorite lip balm.

How to Use
  1. Anytime, squeeze out a small amount of balm.
  2. Smooth the applicator across skin that's dry, cracked, or feeling bothered.
  3. No need to remove before breastfeeding. See our Safety Statement.
  4. Everything is fine. Really.

I Made This for Us

I tried the plant-based nipple balms. They were soothing, but they didn't protect. Not enough. Not for skin that's cracked and painful and being used every two hours. So I chose lanolin, which is highly refined, similar to your skin's own oils, and truly protective. And I added calendula to calm what's stressed.

That "finally, relief" feeling? That's ingredients doing more than just sitting on top.

Dr. Aegean Pairs This With

5-Second Answers from Dr. Aegean

You just want someone to tell you what actually works. My job is to look at the actual research and tell you what really matters, without the fear and without the confusion.

Is this balm safe to use while nursing?

Yes, which means one less to second-guess. Safe for nursing when used as directed, with no need to wipe off before feeding (remove any visible excess for comfort). Formulated for pregnancy and postpartum, each ingredient is reviewed by an independent toxicologist with well-established safety profiles at conservative concentrations. For more information, read our full Safety Statement.

Where else can I use this balm?

Use this balm anywhere you need barrier support—lips, cuticles, dry patches. Designed to go beyond nursing, it easily becomes your everyday balm. Apply to clean, intact skin as needed. One product, a lot of places—because you have enough to carry already.

Is this safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, this balm was formulated with sensitive and reactive skin in mind. It has been evaluated through an independently administered Repeat Insult Patch Test (RIPT), including individuals with sensitive skin—a standard dermatologic test used to assess irritation potential over time. While no product can be guaranteed for everyone, this testing supports that the formula is well-tolerated when used as directed, even for sensitive skin.

What precautions should I take when using this balm?

This balm was formulated to support sensitive, delicate skin, but you should always avoid contact with the eyes, keep it out of reach of children, and, if swallowed, seek medical advice. If irritation does occur, discontinue use.

Why is lanolin used in this nipple balm?

Because it works. Lanolin was chosen for its proven performance and skin-compatible properties. It mimics the skin's natural lipids, helping lock in moisture and support the barrier. Avoid use if you have a lanolin sensitivity.
