AM or PM, apply a dime-sized amount of the Take a Sec gentle facial cleanser to your wet face.
Gently massage for 20 seconds (and 10 more seconds if you have makeup on).
Rinse well and pat dry.

Glycerin — 15% — The highest glycerin concentration you'll find in a cleanser. Most cleansers strip moisture; this one actively adds it.

Natural Betaine — 1% — Sustainably sourced from sugar beets; helps strengthen the skin barrier and support long-term hydration.

D-Panthenol (Provitamin B5) — 1.5% — Soothes and calms sensitized skin.

Apricot Kernel Oil — Lightweight emollient; leaves skin soft, not tight.

Sulphate-free surfactant blend — Four mild cleansing agents for effective, non-stripping foam.
