Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with More Than Nine. This policy explains how we ship your order, how to return something if it’s not right, and what to do if you have any issues along the way.

Shipping

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping: $7 flat rate on all orders within the United States.
  • Free shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders of $55 or more, before tax and after any discounts are applied.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods may extend delivery windows.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier after you receive your confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

More Than Nine is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@morethannine.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@morethannine.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything you order. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, gift cards, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for return.
  • If you experience a reaction to one of our products, please email us at hello@morethannine.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually and do our best to make it right.

How to Start a Return

Self-serve returns can be accessed by logging into your account at account.morethannine.com, finding your order, and following the return prompts. You can also email hello@morethannine.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is a flat $5.00 rate, which will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using the provided return label so your shipment can be tracked.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less the $5.00 return shipping cost, within 5–10 business days. No restocking fee is charged. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@morethannine.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at hello@morethannine.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it will need to be handled as a return under this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this website and update the “Last updated” date above.
