Thanks for choosing a subscription with More Than Nine. This policy explains how subscriptions and other purchase options work, how billing is handled, and how to skip, pause, or cancel at any time.
How Subscriptions Work
When you choose a subscription option at checkout (such as “Subscribe & Save”), you agree to recurring deliveries of the selected product on the cadence shown at checkout. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle, and your order will ship according to the schedule you selected. You can manage your subscription at any time from your customer account.
Discounts & Pricing
Subscription discounts and any other promotional pricing apply only while your subscription is active. If you cancel, the discount no longer applies to future purchases. Prices, discounts, and shipping rates may change with notice; we will email you before any change takes effect on your subscription.
Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew on the cadence selected at checkout (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel. We will send you a reminder email before each upcoming order so you have time to make changes. You are responsible for keeping your payment method, billing address, and shipping address current. If a charge fails, we will retry the payment for up to seven days before the order is canceled.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage every part of your subscription from the “Subscriptions” section of your customer account. From there you can:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Reschedule your next order to an earlier or later date
- Pause your subscription
- Swap to a different product or change the quantity
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Cancel your subscription
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order to apply to that order. Changes made within 24 hours of a scheduled charge will take effect on the following order.
Skipping or Pausing
Need a break? You can skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription at any time without canceling. Paused subscriptions stay on file with your selected discount and will not be charged again until you resume.
Canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, by visiting the “Subscriptions” section of your customer account. If you would prefer we cancel for you, email us at hello@morethannine.com with your order number and the email address on the subscription, and we will take care of it within one business day.
Cancellation stops all future renewals. It does not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped. Any subscription discount tied to your cancelled subscription will not apply to future one-time purchases.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
If you forgot to skip an upcoming order and have already been charged, please contact us at hello@morethannine.com within 7 days of the charge and before the order is shipped. We will do our best to cancel the order and refund the charge to your original method of payment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy:
- Unopened products: Eligible for a refund when returned in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Opened or used products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been opened or used.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please contact us at hello@morethannine.com and we will make it right.
Please do not ship items back without prior authorization — returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, less any return shipping costs.
Pre-Orders & Other Purchase Options
From time to time we may offer additional purchase options at checkout, such as pre-orders, bundles, or limited-edition releases. The cancellation rules for these options are:
- Pre-orders: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the order ships. Once your pre-order ships, it is treated as a standard order under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Bundles & gift sets: Bundles must be returned as a complete set in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.
- Final sale items: Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except where required by law.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription or refuse service if a payment cannot be processed, if a shipping address is invalid, or if we determine in our sole discretion that an account is being used in a way that violates our Terms and Conditions. If we cancel your subscription on our end, we will let you know by email.
